The Weber

 Harvey's first wheeler ride.
He looks thrilled, doesn't he?

 He had a BALL! He loved being outside and being dirty for two straight days.

 We had delish dutch oven dinners and breakfasts. Papa made the most amazing breakfast Sunday morning. Our bagels and cream cheese the next morning looked pretty pathetic in comparison.

 These four had a blast together. And look at that view, beautiful mountains and a river. It was amazing up there.

 I'm sad to admit, this was our girls first time camping. {other than at a campsite at the beach} They LOVED every second of it.

 We finally broke down and let Harvey put his hands in the ice cold river. He was dying to get his hands in there the whole time. We just let him play for a minute because it was so cold, but he thought it was great. He tried to eat the little wet rocks.
{Don't really know why RJ thought it was necessary to don his helmet for this activity?}

 2 Liter bottle rocket launching

 Lots of time exploring, riding four wheelers, and relaxing with papa looking for deer on the mountains.

 This little boy wouldn't leave Gramz's side. He either wanted me or her. He was such a lover boy too, always giving hugs and kisses.

 Good lookin' bunch

 Makayla and Andrew

 Four wheeler rides, card games, dutch oven, naps by the river, cousins! What could be better!?

 It was soooo beautiful up there, I just couldn't believe it.

Home made bows and arrows.

After the performance at Swiss Days in Midway we headed North to Weber Canyon. Lee and Monika own some property up there, and it is amazing! I cannot believe we have been married for almost 10 years and haven't been up there with them until now. We spent Saturday and Sunday nights camping up there, and we had a BLAST! The girls kept busy riding four wheelers and skipping rocks. Kimmee took them to "secret hideouts" and they'd play for hours. Harvey LOVES to be outside, so two full day of nothing but outdoors...he was in heaven. He loved exploring and trying to eat rocks and dirt. We stayed in Lee's parents trailer with a potty and a heater, so we didn't freeze or have to rough it too much. We enjoyed good food, fun games, and great company. We'd like to make it an annual thing and get more of the Mathew's cousins to come. Thanks to Lee and Monika for the fun fun weekend!
