{THE CHOP JOB!} {After trimming them up a bit!}
There is something about being a three year old girl and giving yourself a haircut...
{at least in my family, anyway}
So, Makayla, following in the footsteps of her big sister, decided to give herself a little chop job. She was playing with scissors, cutting up paper {I was doing the dishes} when she walked up to me {with a HUGE smile on her face} and handed me a chunk of beautiful hair! I flipped--and she felt terrible. We were lucky, though, it was nothing compared to Abbey's butch job. She just chopped a few bangs off! I did my best to even them out and {viola'} ...here she is!

I still have yet to experience my children cutting their hair.....it better not EVER happen!!!! Of course...I don't love Quinnlyn's hair anyway, so maybe it would get me to cut it short.
Yea the little one is lexie's :) she is so cute. It's fun to have another little one around. Tell dean and karma hi for me :) I need to go and visit.
I think she looks great! Maybe she could trim mine up a bit. Payton trimmed Porter's hair with the electric cutters and Payton also cut his eyelashes with scissors. That's as close as we get to chop jobs. The joy of having boys over girls. We can always shave their heads.
Cute Rach,
I just read all your posts SO CUTE!!! You are the BEST MOM really! I love ya tons! Fun - Valentines Prom. I didn't know that you guys did that! FUN! We should do that some time!
LOVE YA
Oh dear. This is a cute though! She totally looks like you in the second photo! ;)
Oh my goodness! When did she grow up!!??
So funny (and sad) that both your girls have done this now. I keep waiting for lex, but so far, so good. Makayla's bangs definitely look better than Abbey's did. Haha! Still makes me laugh thinking about that happening on Julie's watch.
WHat a cutie!
Nice Rach! You're meant to be a mother of girls. Is cutting hair just another one of your hidden talents? I shouldn't be surprised.
you were right, it could have been so much worse. It really does look cute so I wouldn't worry.
