Nine months

 The Harvster at 9 months!
{July 3}
 He is a STANDING MAN!
Standing**Cruising**Crawling
Crazy to think the girls were taking their first steps by now. He's close, but not there yet. He likes to walk with his walker toy.
He does the traditional crawl more than the army crawl now.
He is great sleeper. He Gave up his evening nap and is now in bed by 7:30 or 8:00 {sleeps until 7:30 or 8:00 AM and still has two great naps during the day}
Loves his blanket and as soon as he SEES it, his thumb goes directly into his mouth
Took a rode trip to American Fork for Brinlee's baptism. He traveled fair
He loves to EAT! Anything and EVERYTHING. He is eating less and less baby food and more finger foods. He had his first pizza and cheesy this month.
He LOVES treats. Some of his faves are oreos dunked in milk, creamies, and popsicles.
Has 3 upper teeth {with the last lateral incisor waiting to pop thru any day} and 3 lower teeth
He is just starting to wave "bye bye" {he lifts both hands and starts swinging}
He loves to swim
He is a MAMA'S boy. He's starting to really notice when I leave the room or when a STRANGER is holding him.
He can ride his rocking horse and rock it all by himself.
He is a BUSY BOY! He's  all over the place. And we LOVE every piece of him!

Had his first visit to the ER
{I'd like to hope also his last, but I'm sure not} I was up at my mom's with Jo and Harvey, helping Megan with some stuff for Lulu's birthday party. Jo was playing with Harvey in the living room and Megs and I were in the kitchen. Suddenly Jo carries Harvey over to me. "He's choking." I grabbed him {Thinking she probably was causing him to choke from holding his tummy} sure enough he was gagging and trying to get something up. I asked Jo what he choked on and she brought me a beaded necklace. But it was totally intact. I couldn't see anything but he kept at it for a minute and I started to panic. I ran him out back {my cousins were over swimming} and asked them for help. We gave him a few good pats {he was breathing this whole time} He seemed to calm down, but they suggested I keep him up for another hour and watch him close. Then he started gagging again, and threw up some mucus. So, we decided we'd better take him in to get looked at. I picked RJ up on the way {after a major meltdown in the car, feeling like a terrible mom who'd let her baby choke} We got there and 3 chest xrays {nothing lodged, just a little throat inflammation}, a thorough exam and 3 hours later, we were released with strict instructions to watch him close that night and check his poop for the culprit. After a sleepless night for me and dad {Harvey did fine} and a few days of poop searching {nothing found} We decided he must've shoved the necklace down his throat and scratched it a little and the irritation was making him gag.
