Starting on Saturday {February 26} Harvey hit his peak with RSV. He was sooo sluggish. He was sleeping ALL day. Finally, on Monday I called and talked with Dr. Kaddu's MA. She discussed my concerns with Dr. K and he wanted to see us right then. He said that just isn't normal for a little 5 month old. So off we went to the doc. Harvey checked out just fine. Dr. Kaddu said he was breathing quite rapidly and working so hard for breath was probably wearing him right out. So, he sent me home with a RX for Albuterol. We borrowed a nebulizer from our neighbor and started giving Harvey breathing treatments every 4 hours. They seemed to help, and he seemed to enjoy them, usually grabbing the tube and sticking the whole thing in his mouth. He was so pleasant even when I knew he was miserable. You can just see it in his eyes. He is so cute and found his tongue during all this and loved sticking it out at us.
{the picture above is throw-up. Poor baby was throwing up more than I thought possible for an infant. It was projectile vomiting. This above was done right before i was walking out the door for a bridal shower I was throwing for my friend Heidi Heideman, so daddy was all over that one! Sorry daddy}
