How could this be? My baby is now 18 months. I just wanted to write a little "blurb" about my sweet JoJo...(since I am behind on scrapbooking) SO that I won't forget how dang cute she is right now.
- She is talking up a storm. Putting together sentences and tries to repeat everything we say (especially Abbey)
I comin' (whenever I say I'm going...anywhere) she yells this and comes a runnin'
I did it
Watch this
Abbey hidin' (she loves when anyone is hiding)
Abbey potty? (and she starts tugging at her diaper because she wants to go too)
No Want it (usually done in a high pitch wail as she shoves whatever it is away)
Nacks (for fruit snacks)
Treat!
Yeah-- (you may wonder why I love this so much--but I'll ask her a ? and she answers so casual. Is your dinner good? Yeah...) I LOVE it.
Cues me (she actually says this after she burps...so polite)
NO MINE!! (this is usually in an EXTREMELY high pitched scream. She is VERY possessive. Even if it isn't hers)
Mo (More)
Doin'? (She comes up and asks me what i'm doin?)
Dat? (After I get off the phone, wondering who I was talking to. Who's that?)
NO NO (She loves to tell people no no.) The other day Carter was here and he was playing with RJ's push-up things and she yells "NO NO buddy!" --I just about died.
Butt-- (This is "button") She is obsessed with her (and everyone else's) belly buttons. You ask where her button is and she quickly throws up her shirt (honks her "butt") and then asks, "Mommy's butt?" and wants to see mine (yikes)
Do it self! --yes this is already happening. (She started the terrible 2's early...very early) This applies to pretty much everything she does: feeding herself, buckling her carseat, dressing herself, putting her own shoes on. (Things take a REALLY long time in our house)
Bah Bah-- Ahh the good ol' bottle. She is addicted and yes at 18 months is still suckin' away. I don't know what to do? Advice anyone?
- She is sassy and spunky. She has quite the personality-- and she really just cracks us up.
- She is naughty in nursery (I'm the teacher) and usually has to go see dad. She has a hard time with me giving attention to the other kids (so she whacks them)
- She loves to brush her teeth (and is actually pretty good at letting me do it too)
- She falls off everything! But it rarely phases her. She's tough
- She is OBSESSED with Shoes. Everyone's shoes-- she loves to try them on, give them to you, puts them on for you. She knows who's EVERYONE's shoes are. We need to find a way to harness this "gift" for good.
- She is a FISH-- she loves the water and has no fear. (and of course, refuses floaties)
- She thinks she's "big" and tries (and usually does) keep up with the big girls.
- She loves Abbey and wants to do everything she does (this is a recent thing--but it's fun to watch her--she adores her big sister so much)

I LOVED this post. What a cutie she is! She has such a little personality. I LOVe that she is still on a bottle. I like when mom's just take it slow rather than yank everything away at the "appropriate age". Of course I have a three year old addicted to a binky....YIKES. Help me with that one! She HATES the Binky Fairy with a passion. By the way DO binky's really ruin teeth? Lexi has a really bad overbite, but Shawn and I both swear it was from a fall a year ago. She slammed into concrete and her teeth went through her lip. All the pics before, her teeth look fine and afterwards they don't.
I didn't realize that Makayla is only 2 months older than my little Jonathan. She sounds like a sassy, fun girl! I'm lovin how she calls belly button "butt." That's just funny!
What a cutie! Great way to document where she's at in life as well. So, is that an announcement for your third one? j/k ;)
Oh, how we love our JoJo, Chickie, Makayla!
