Funny Story
So, as I was writing the post below, thinking...I just haven't posted enough about her, SHE was in bed- supposedly sleeping...So, as you may note below, I usually rock her to sleep, but she wouldn't rock with me this time, so I just laid her down. I knew she'd go to bed, because she was super tired. So, I was posting and she was crying...20 minutes or so. Finally she was quiet. Then every few minutes she'd let out a yell, she did this for another 20 minutes, but I figured she was just doing it in her sleep. Finally, it dawned on me, she must've pooped before she fell asleep and now she can't get comfortable enough to fall into a deep sleep. I cracked her door, and instantly smelled- Yep, she pooped. I looked in a little more and I see Makayla sitting straight up! She wasn't even asleep. And then I see her bare bum! Oh, no! I run to the crib to see poop smeared across her bumper. I found her diaper totally clean! The little fart took her diaper off and THEN decided to poop and pee all over her bed, and then probably roll around in it for the last 30 minutes. It was pretty funny. SO, I guess the moral of the story...be careful what you wish for, if you wish you had more to post about...you may get it!

Oh sick nasty! Nothing worse than smeared poop. That is hilarious! I am glad to hear you rock her to sleep. I used to rock Katelyn to sleep until she was like 14 months and I love it. The only reason I stopped is because I got so much grief from other people on how it wasn't good mothering. I really thought is was so nice to just cuddle up with my baby. Anyways, good luck with the mess. She is so cute, we haven't seen her for a really long time.
That is so funny. It sounds like Isabel's poop story from yesterday. You know Kelly would have been the one cleaning that up if that was up & I would have had my head in the toilet!!

That sucks!!! TAG did that for like a week straight when I would put him in his crib to nap! It would make me so mad! She sounds like a cutie though!!!
Oh my goodness. Well you handled that really well. I don't know if I could have laughed about it. Maybe after awhile, but that is a great story.
HAHAHA WOW! I don't know what i would do if Luke did that. Wait when he does do it.. I am sure he will some day smear poop. Hes a little stinker lately.
