Jo took swimming lessons in May, from Misti Meacham {Middy}. she went for an hour every day for one week, and I was very impressed with how much she learned. She was a pretty comfortable swimmer to start with, but I saw some major improvements. By the last day, Middy had them diving through a hula hoop.
