Reason to give Thanks!

Here is a belated (surprise, surprise) Thanksgiving post. We were able to enjoy two wonderful Thanksgiving dinners this year. First, we ate with the whole Atkin clan (to celebrate what would be my Grandpa Atkin's 100th birthday this year, we decided to get the whole fam. together for Thanksgiving) It was really fun. Next, we had thanksgiving number 2 at Gramz and Papa's and we had an extra large crowd this year too, which always makes for extra fun. I am truly thankful for my family.
I am also thankful for...
These beautiful brown eyed girls...

Cousins...we are blessed with so many fun cousins on both sides

That Abbey was able to play in the snow for her first time ever! (thanks to the wonderful "Griswald" tradition of cutting down our Christmas trees at the Kiabab)

I am thankful that Makayla fit into this snow suit and fell down multiple times, and was unable to get up without assistance.

That Abbey thoroughly enjoyed her first snow experience, by building two snowmen, making snow angels, and having a snow ball fight. (and that I was there to experience this with her)

And most importantly...I am so thankful for my family!

Is it really a family tradition to cut down your tree? That's totally a Calico tradition! We went to the Kiabab too but didn't find as much fun snow to play in as you guys...thank goodness. No cool snow suits to keep us warm!

That looks like so much fun. We missed being in STG for Thanksgiving this year.
